Terms of Usage

     By using any of the graphics provided by Elysium, you are agreeing to abide by the following terms. Please read this thoroughly before using any graphics. Thank you.

• Leave all credits as they are. This includes all third party credits. Elysium's link may be removed, but I would prefer if it were left in tact.
• Do not edit any graphics or layouts. This includes both coding and images. That said, the "extras" graphics provided with some premades may be altered.
• Do not redistribute any content. Specifically, do not put any of my layouts or graphics on your site for download. This also means that I don't want any of my graphics submitted to community sites such as DayDreamGraphics or Minitokyo.
• Do not claim any graphics as your own. Even if you remove my link, you may not claim the design as your work.
• Wallpapers are for desktop use only and should not be used for graphics, edited, or redistributed.
• All graphics are for your personal use only and should not be used for commercial businesses.
